The following eligibility criteria are mandatory to register on and use 977bet:

• The user must be at least 21 years old.
• The user must be a resident of Bangladesh or must access the platform from Bangladesh.
• The user must have an active mobile banking or bank account registered in their own name.
• Persons who have been legally declared incompetent may not use this platform.
• 977bet employees, members of the board of directors, or their immediate family members may not place bets on this platform for personal gain.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account on 977bet. If a person has more than one account, all of them will be closed and all balances and bonuses in those accounts will be considered void.

3.2 Registration Information

Information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. 977bet has the right to close an account if false information is provided. The following documents may be required at any stage of service use for identity verification:

• A clear copy of the National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of an active mobile banking account
• Proof of ownership of the mobile number used during registration

3.3 Account Security

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing a third party to access the account is prohibited. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, 977bet support must be notified immediately.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into 977bet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method).

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

4.3 Transaction Verification

977bet reserves the right to hold and investigate suspicious transactions. If a transaction is found to be linked to money laundering or fraud, the associated account will be closed immediately and necessary legal action will be taken.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Wagering requirements apply to this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing any bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Example: if a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000. Funds from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until this amount has been met.

5.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• A user may use a bonus offer only once.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time limit.
• The maximum bet amount per round from the bonus balance is limited to ৳500, unless stated otherwise.
• Different games may contribute at different rates toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• 977bet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

6.1 Bet Validity

Only bets successfully confirmed on the 977bet server are valid. If a bet is not completed due to a network issue or technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Result Determination

In sports betting, results are determined based on announcements by the relevant international sports authority. Results for live casino games come from the servers of Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, or other game providers, and those results are final.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a system outage, power failure, or any other reason, the game will resume from the last valid state recorded on the 977bet server. In that case, the server record is final.

6.4 Incorrect Prices

977bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect or unreasonable odds. Attempting to take advantage of such errors may result in account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 977bet platform:

1. Creating an account using a false identity or false information.
2. Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your own account.
3. Exploiting loopholes in bonus or promotion terms to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Using automated software, bots, crawlers, or any other artificial means to use the platform.
5. Using the platform for money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
6. Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or exploit vulnerabilities.
7. Threatening or harassing other users.
8. Placing bets as a group to strategically benefit one another.

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in account closure without notice and forfeiture of deposited funds.

8.1 Closure by 977bet

If any part of these terms is violated, 977bet may suspend or fully close any account without notice. In such cases, bets will be voided and bonuses will be forfeited. The balance may remain frozen pending investigation.

8.2 Closure by the User

A user may also request account closure at any time. All valid balances must be withdrawn before closure. If the closure request is for responsible gaming reasons, the support team will provide full assistance.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no transactions for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. A maintenance charge may be applied to inactive accounts in accordance with the applicable policy. Contact support to reactivate the account.

The maximum compensation 977bet can pay to a user under any circumstances is limited to the principal amount involved in that specific transaction.
